- Only nominations will be considered. Self nomination and applications will not be accepted.
- The nominator shall be a person of recognized standing, who has sufficient knowledge of the work for which the individual or organization is being nominated.
- A nominator shall nominate only one candidate for each category.
- Members of the selection committee and their families are not eligible for the Prize.
